- My husband and two school age children spent a fun week in this apartment. Initially we thought my husband and I would use the loft, but quickly realized we couldn't even sit up in bed up there, and the kids were sleeping earlier than us, so they got the loft and we slept in the comfy fold out couch. The delightful smells of the restaurants below and the vibrant street noise kept us leaning out the window when we were in the apartment, but most of the time we were busy exploring the city. The location is ideal -- walking distance to Notre Dame, Pompidou, Place de Vosges etc. Very close to the Metro for wanderings further afield. While it was a tight squeeze for our family of 4 in this apartment, I would stay there again!

We feel fortunate to have found this little apartment. The spaces are so well arranged that it seems more spacious than its dimensions suggest. The décor, centered on a beautiful, lavender-glass chandelier, gives the living room a warm and homey feel. Wherever possible, original features have been preserved: high-beamed ceilings, door and window hardware, fireplace alcove, and floor-to-ceiling casement windows.
We spent a good share of our time at those windows, watching the street activities change from street sweepers to shoppers to diners to midnight revelers. If you lean out a bit and look to your right, you will see the line forming at the best falafel restaurant in Paris.
Others have described the neighborhood better than I can. I would only add that the locals were welcoming and helpful. We felt at home and safe even when walking out at night. As our sixth week came to an end, we were saddened to leave our “home”. We envy you who are there now, and we dearly wish we could make it an annual event.
One minor problem was that we were given just one key. When we went separately, we did what you would do: we hid it in the hallway. Luckily, it was never spotted.

- Mit meiner Frau und zwei Töchter waren wir in dieser schönen Wohnung in der Rue des Rosiers. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und komplett mit allem was Sie brauchen, um zu Hause fühlen. Die Rue des Rosiers ist für mich die schönste im Marais-Viertel und natürlich mein Favorit. Der Service war perfekt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Jean-Pierre für seine Freundlichkeit und Professionalität. Merci. Chris.

- My husband and i spent a wonderful honeymoon in this apartment. Is very romantic as the Marais district and everything was really perfect. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished, was not possible to ask more! The Marais Village is very pleasant and safe to walk both day and night. - Mum and I had the delightful pleasure of staying at this apartment for 10 nights in June/July this year. From the moment we stepped into the place, we fell in love with it. The bustling street below, full of live was fantastic to soak up, particularly with the lovely floor to ceiling windows opened to get a cool breeze. We couldn't have asked to stay in a better area of Paris.The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was more than adequate. We did have a small problem with the hot water, but a quick phonecall and it was fixed promptly. A note to the owner: an alarm clock for the apartment would be a great addition, along with a broom to sweep the floor. These are just minor things. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and have already recommended the same apartment to other friends travelling to Paris.

Hi Venta ! The water problem was solved quickly and covered the whole building. There was an alarm clock in the apartment ... but unfortunately disappeared just before your arrival ! For the floor there a cleaner available, but will add a broom. Thanks for your suggestions welcome. See you soon, Jp

- We loved this place! The neighbourhood is very peaceful and nice to stroll around in the evening. The Cafe Trocadero is a five minute walk away, where we had coffee overlooking the Tour Eiffel most nights! The apartment is wonderful, spacious and very comfortable with a well-equiped kitchen. The Rue des Rosiers is beautiful and truly Parisian. There are several good grocery stores, green grocers, and bakeries. The JeanPierre staff were very helpful, and we would not hesitate to book with them again! Thank you, Bea

This apartment exceeded my expectations. It is bright and airy, more spacious than the photos convey, and very quiet. I enjoyed how well it is decorated. Its location is perfect and central to so many things. This is the second time I have used parisrentalhome and again everything was fine. Service has been excellent. location is perfect, the village is so

touch of life and culture yet cosy. The restaurants and bars are amazing and

- This vacation Paris apartment is located in Le Marais. Adorable apt in the heart of the trendy Le Marais district , on a charming old Parisian street, rue des Rosiers. You are in the middle of everything, best monuments and museums, shopping and restaurants. It is nicely decorated, stylish, with windows on both sides of the living room, it stays sunny al. day long. Pure lines and light color schemes are pleasing to the eyes and relaxing for the mind. Great for two people, it is also suitable for up to four. The Hotel de Ville (the city hall) is a lovely site to see, and is within short walking distance. Nearby are Saint Paul's cathedral, Pont Marie, Picasso museum, Louvre and the Centre Pompidou.
